What happened? Water supply was returned to all residents of the capital, as of now 2/3 of Kyiv residents have already received electricity back.

Details. “Half of Kyiv residents already have heat and we are working to restore it for all residents of the city. Currently, 2/3 of Kyiv residents are supplied with energy. The schedules of emergency shutdowns have been applied though. Since the shortage of electricity is significant. And power engineers ask residents to continue saving electricity,” the mayor wrote on his Telegram channel.
In addition, this morning, at 7:30 a.m., the Kyiv metro resumed its work.
