Details. “Another blow was struck at the centre of the city,” Mr. Yanushevych says.
According to him, three people were injured. All the injured are being provided with medical assistance. Emergency services are working on the spot.
“They received shrapnel wounds, one of them is in serious condition. All of them are being provided with medical assistance,” the head of the Oblast Military Administration says.
