What happened? Power engineers have fully restored electricity supply to 75% of Kharkiv Oblast

Details. According to him, the restoration of electricity supply continues in the de-occupied territories. Thus, the village of Tsyrkuny was supplied with electricity for the first time since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. The administration expects to restore electricity to all de-occupied territories by February 2023.
Mr. Synehubov adds that the current situation in the oblast does not require to always apply scheduled outages. Consumers are cut off for no more than 5 hours a day.
