President Zelensky made an unannounced visit to the United States on December 21, which was organised in strict secrecy.
BBC News later reported that the Ukrainian President, after visiting the frontline town of Bakhmut, reached Poland by train, and then arrived on the American continent on the U.S. military aircraft accompanied by the F-15 fighter jet. His trip was not long, but the schedule of meetings was intense.
The Head of the Ukrainian State met with the U.S. President Joe Biden, after which they talked to the press.
In addition, President Zelensky met with Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi and addressed the U.S. Congress and the American people. He also had a number of other meetings.
