Details. According to the report, the increase will be carried out in two stages: from January 1 and from July 1, 2023.
It is noted that the change in tariffs for the period from January 1, 2023, to June 30, 2023, inclusive, was primarily influenced by the following factors:
1) decreased sales volumes, which are taken into account in the current tariffs;
2) increased electricity costs;
3) increased labour costs: by 28.78% for centralised water supply; by 19.32% for centralised sewerage.
4) increased depreciation.
