Russians took Ukrainian hryvnia out of circulation in Energodar, threatening entrepreneurs with fines and seizure of property

What happened? Russians continue psychological and physical pressure on the civilian population of the temporarily occupied territories. In particular, in Energodar, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, the occupiers forced about 3000 employees of the Zaporizhzhia NPP to receive so-called russian passports.

Details. "Threatening entrepreneurs with fines and seizure of property, russians took Ukrainian hryvnia out of circulation in the town. The number of occupied residential premises abandoned by IDPs has significantly increased," the General Staff points out.
It is noted that due to the failure to fulfill the plan of recruiting volunteers to the territorial defence troops in Belgorod Oblast, the local police were involved in the recruitment campaign. Officers are visiting apartments and houses, conducting a census of the male population of military age, and conversations to promote the service.
