Details. "Russian occupiers have just struck another blow at a residential area of Kherson. According to preliminary information, two people were injured," he said.
According to the head of the Oblast Military Administration, rescue services are working on the spot.
Background. To recap: on January 14, one of the Kh-22 missiles launched from the Kursk Oblast hit a high-rise building in Dnipro. As a result, 21 people died.
