Russians closed entry and exit to Rubizhne after Lysychansk – Luhansk Oblast Military Administration
Occupiers launched another fake about "restoration" of high-rise buildings in Luhansk Oblast

What happened? Russians closed the entry and exit to Rubizhne town after Lysychansk and let only those with local registration through. Moreover, the occupiers launched another fake: they claimed that last year they had restored 320 high-rise buildings in Luhansk Oblast.
Source. Luhansk Oblast Military Administration on its Telegram channel.
Details. "Russian propaganda in action. Perhaps for the residents of Chukotka or Buryatia the following figures will seem a real achievement, but not for people from Rubizhne, Lysychansk, Severodonetsk, Popasna. Luhansk residents have not found where 320 apartment buildings were restored in the oblast during 2022. Hundreds of high-rise buildings were destroyed by the russians – where have you seen the restored ones?" the statement reads.
According to the occupiers, now "restoration works" are allegedly ongoing at 2,829 objects, 79 of which are in Severodonetsk and nearby towns. Russians will absorb even this information.
"As well as stories about non-existent compensations for lost housing. However, they were demonstratively given to several people in Severodonetsk on camera of russian TV. Others who managed to break the circle of bureaucracy received only a certificate for housing. It was not indicated where to go with it, though" the Oblast Military Administration notes.
