Background. Earlier, Mr. Arestovych said that the russian missile that had hit a residential high-rise building in Dnipro, killing 44 people, had been shot down by Ukrainian Air Defence Forces.
The Armed Forces command denied the statement, which Mr. Arestovych later explained by his fatigue, lack of sleep, and lack of time to verify the information.
