Vladimir Rogov, a russian-appointed representative of the Zaporizhzhia region's "administration" and the local movement "We are together with russia," wrote about the explosion on his Telegram channel, publishing a photo of the damaged car.
According to Rogov, the car belongs to a local businesswoman, Ms. Mamay. According to preliminary information, she was in the car at the time of the explosion.
The propaganda outlet RIA Novosti, citing the occupation authorities in the region, claims that it was a "terrorist attack by the Ukrainian special services." Information about the victims is being clarified.
