Moscow has started agitation work on mobilisation of scientists
What happened? In order to motivate the personnel to advance, the enemy units are spreading propaganda about daily allowances for participation in assault operations. Moreover, the adversary announced an additional payment to each invader for one kilometre of advance on Ukrainian land.

Details. Agitation work on mobilisation of scientists has begun in moscow. In particular, with the staff of the Polius research institute, which is russia's leading scientific centre in the field of laser technologies, explanatory work was carried out about social guarantees and benefits for mobilised persons.
The enemy continues to focus his main efforts on conducting offensive operations on the Kupyansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiyivka, and Novopavlivka axes. He suffers significant losses. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are taking additional measures to strengthen their defence.
Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian troops repelled attacks of the occupiers near the village of Hrianykivka in Kharkiv Oblast; in the vicinities of Nevske, Kreminna, Kuzmine, Shypylivka, and Bilohorivka in Luhansk Oblast; as well as not far from Paraskoviyivka, Bakhmut, Vodiane, Maryinka, and Pobeda in Donetsk Oblast.
