A series of videos to be launched in Germany to combat disinformation about refugees from Ukraine
The video project will run for a whole year

In Germany, the Federal Agency for Civic Education has launched a new web series to combat disinformation about Ukrainian refugees.
Source. This is reported by the German edition tagesschau.de.
The series of videos titled "#WeAgainstDisinformation" is intended to counteract false and manipulated content directed against Ukrainian refugees living in Germany, the Federal Center said in a statement.
The project "Stories about Russia's war against Ukraine" is designed for twelve months.
The goal is to use these videos to combat disinformation, especially in the Russian and Arabic-speaking communities in Germany.
To this end, stories in German, Russian, and Arabic shared by users on social media are constantly analyzed. The analysis focuses on distorted perceptions of the war.
The educational videos will be continuously published throughout 2023 on the website www.bpb.de and on social media and will be available in German, Russian and Arabic with appropriate subtitles, the Federal Agency for Civic Education added.
Background. As a reminder, activists installed the "Russkiy Mir" installation near the Russian Embassy in Berlin on the anniversary of the full-scale invasion of Russia.
