The embargo is in effect: Russian oil imports to Germany fell by 99.9%
Oil imports from Russia have almost stopped

In January of this year, Berlin received 3,500 tons of Russian oil, and this is despite the fact that in 2022, a month before Russia's full-scale invasion, the volume of supplies was at 2.8 million tons.
Source. Tagesschau writes about this with reference to the data of the Federal Statistical Office of Germany.
After the European oil embargo came into force, Moscow's share in the total supply of black gold to Germany fell from 36.5% in January 2022 to 0.1% today.
"Oil imports from Russia have practically stopped," the German agency said in a statement.
Background. As you know, the EU embargo on the supply of petroleum products with a price cap came into effect on February 5, and the EU embargo on the supply of Russian crude oil to the EU countries came into force on December 5, 2022.
This refers to the ban on maritime transportation of Russian oil to third countries, which the EU agreed upon at the end of May. In particular, companies will not be able to provide insurance and other services for the transportation of Russian oil if it is purchased above the price ceiling of $60 per barrel.
