The State Property Fund of Ukraine is replacing managers at 65 state-owned enterprises. This is reported by the SPFU press service.
The Fund explains that the change of management is the result of a financial and economic analysis of the enterprises launched by the new team. "The management has already been changed at 22 enterprises, and we are waiting for approval from local military administrations regarding 20 more. In addition, the composition of supervisory boards at two enterprises has been partially changed," the statement says.
It is noted that the State Property Fund handed over to the SBU and NABU the results of an audit of the effectiveness of the management activities of JSC United Mining and Chemical Company for 2022. Based on the results of this audit, the Fund dismissed the acting chairman of the board of JSC UMCC Vladyslav Itkin.
