This was announced by Andriy Yusov, representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU).
He added that the russian authorities mostly managed to mobilise that number of people through threats and lies.
Besides, Mr. Yusov commented on the possibility of supplying the aggressor with weapons from China and assured that Ukraine had not recorded any such facts so far. However, the DIU believes that China will strengthen its positions in the region and on the territory of the so-called russian federation.
Previously. Mind reported that the occupiers were trying to hide the total mobilisation in Luhansk Oblast. The enemy has begun building fortifications and trenches in Crimea, forcing civilians to take part in the works.
