Cabinet of Ministers extends fixed electricity prices for household consumers until May
Citizens will continue to pay 1.44 UAH/kWh and 1.68 UAH/kWh for electricity depending on consumption

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has amended Resolution No. 483 of 5 June 2019 "On Approval of the Regulation on the Imposition of Special Obligations on Electricity Market Participants to Ensure Public Interest in the Functioning of the Electricity Market".
This was announced by Taras Melnychuk, a representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada.
The document provides for the extension of the fixed electricity price for household consumers – 1.44 UAH/kWh and 1.68 UAH/kWh, depending on consumption, until 30 April 2023.
It is worth noting that the fixed electricity prices for households was to expire on 31 March this year.
