Zelensky and IAEA Director General visit Dnieper HPP
President of Ukraine showed Grossi the recent damage to the dam
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky met with IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, where they visited the Dnieper HPP.
He announced this on Twitter.
"The Dnieper hydroelectric station is an essential part of the system that sustains the nuclear safety of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant. Volodymyr Zelensky showed me the recent damage suffered by the dam," Mr. Grossi wrote.
Previously. Mr. Grossi said that the creation of a demilitarisation zone around Zaporizhzhia NPP was no longer being discussed.
