Veterans will be able to receive from 250,000 UAH to 1 million UAH for development of their own business – Shmyhal
Family members of combatants can receive grants as well

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the Procedure for providing grants to combatants, persons with disabilities due to the war and their family members.
This was announced by Denys Shmyhal, Prime Minister of Ukraine.
Thus, a combatant and/or a person with a disability due to the war (including those registered as individual entrepreneurs) can receive 250,000 UAH, provided that one workplace is created. This also applies to veterans registered as sole proprietors.
A grant of 500,000 UAH is provided for family members of combatants, provided that two people are employed. The Prime Minister clarified that this is a co-financing scheme – 70% of the funds are provided by the state, 30% by the entrepreneur. Under the same conditions, veterans (including those with war-related disabilities) will be able to receive a grant of up to 1 million UAH.
In this case, they must employ four employees, two of whom must be combat veterans. It is worth noting that only veterans who are individual entrepreneurs will be able to receive grants. In this case, the sole proprietorship must be less than 36 months old at the time of applying for the grant.
