The children returned to their families after being illegally taken to Russia, the report says.
Now the children are safe, "but need psychological and physical recovery," the organization says.

"Russia must be held accountable for crimes against Ukrainian children," the head of Ukraine's presidential office, Andriy Yermak, said on Saturday.
Since the beginning of Russia's military invasion of Ukraine, 19,349 children have been illegally taken from the country, and 360 have been returned to Ukraine.
