Ukraine starts exporting electricity to Slovakia
The country receives 200 MW of Ukrainian energy every hour

Ukraine has started exporting electricity to Slovakia.
This was reported by NPC Ukrenergo.
The country receives 200 MW of Ukrainian electricity every hour. At the same time, Ukraine imports from 2 to 4 MW from Slovakia at different times. At the same time, it continues to export to Poland (75 MW every hour) and Moldova (99-134 MW at different times).
Ukrenergo adds that due to the floods, the water level is much higher than in previous years. Therefore, hydroelectric power plants operate throughout the day and, to minimise the effects of flooding, carry out controlled water discharges, which allows reducing the level of the Kyiv and Kaniv reservoirs.
