Law enforcers claim that the suspect contributes to the formation of new Kadyrov units for the war against Ukraine, and therefore is involved in the occupation of part of Ukraine's territory. In addition, the suspect is a member of Kadyrov's inner circle and follows his instructions.
The investigation established that with the direct participation of Daudov, 78th Motorised Special Purpose Regiment North-Akhmat was created, as well as the battalions South-Akhmat, West-Akhmat, and East-Akhmat. These militants are being deployed to the temporarily occupied areas of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia oblasts.
Besides, it was found that the ruscist repeatedly visited the temporarily occupied Lysychansk, Popasna, and Mariupol in July-November last year. There, he met with the leaders of the newly formed Kadyrov units and called for active hostilities against the Defence Forces.
Daudov is charged with aiding and abetting the conduct of an aggressive war and justifying it. The suspect is in russia, but the SBU is taking "comprehensive measures to bring him to justice".
