The body of another victim has been removed from the rubble of the building. As of now, the death toll has risen to 20.
UPDATED at 4:50 p.m.:
The National Police has updated the death toll to 19. The search operation is ongoing.
UPDATED at 3:05 p.m.:
Ihor Taburets, Head of the Cherkasy Oblast Military Administration, said that the body of another dead person had been pulled from the rubble. This brings the total number of people killed in the attack on Uman to 17.
The rescue operation continues, a three-day mourning period has been declared in the region.
UPDATED at 2:33 p.m.:
According to the State Emergency Service, the death toll has risen to 16, including 3 children. 18 people were injured, and 17 people were rescued.
UPDATED at 2:02 p.m.:
As of now, the death toll has risen to 15. The Ministry of Internal Affairs has not announced the end of the rescue operation and the elimination of the consequences of the attack, so information about the dead may continue to be updated.
UPDATED at 12:55 p.m.:
The ministry added that the bodies of three more victims had been pulled from the rubble. The total number of casualties has risen to 14.
A missile attack on a high-rise building in Uman killed 11 people.

As of 12:00 p.m., 9 people were hospitalised. In addition, an operational headquarters and tents have been set up at the scene of the tragedy, where the victims can wait until the local authorities provide them with temporary shelter.
"The local authorities have provided food for everyone. Besides, there is a hotline where relatives and friends of those who lived in the destroyed house can call," added Ihor Klymenko.
