Due to the attack on Donetsk Oblast, power lines were damaged and two mines were left without electricity
Following the strike, over 100,000 consumers were left without power supply, however, it has already been restored

As a result of the attack on Donetsk Oblast, a power transmission line was damaged, according to the Ministry of Energy. After the damage, over 100,000 consumers lost electricity, including two coal mines in the city of Toretsk. By morning, power had already been restored for residential customers.
Due to the ongoing hostilities, a part of customers in Sumy, Kharkiv, Zaporizhia, and Kherson oblasts remain disconnected. At the same time, during the past day, power supply was restored for over 32,000 residents in the area.
The Ministry emphasises that restoration work is being carried out with significant risk to the energy workers – 3 employees of Khersonoblenergo were killed over the last 24 hours.
Additionally, in the Kharkiv Oblast, a group of energy workers, who were working on network restoration, hit an enemy landmine. The specialists were not injured, but there were casualties among the sappers.
In total, since the beginning of the full-scale russian aggression, 119 energy company employees have been killed, and over 300 have been injured.
Background. Mind previously reported that the occupiers attacked one of DTEK's thermal power plants. As a result of the strike, no people were injured, but the company's equipment was damaged.
