Zelensky: Ukraine is against a "hybrid" tribunal
Kyiv agrees only to the creation of a special tribunal to investigate Russian war crimes

Ukraine continues to work on the creation of a special tribunal for the crime of aggression, and any hybrid formats of such a tribunal are unacceptable.
Source. This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelensky during a meeting with media representatives following talks with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte and Belgian Prime Minister Alexander De Kroo in The Hague, the press service of the head of state reports.
Zelensky emphasized that 35 countries have already joined the Core Group to create a special tribunal.
"We will work without any hybrid formats, we will work on a specific tribunal to ensure accountability for their crimes, murders, torture. We understand who gave the orders. We want these people to be untouchable. This is very important for us, it is one of the fundamental issues," he said.
The President noted that Ukraine would not agree to any hybrid formats of the tribunal for Russia's crimes.
"We have known since 2014 that the Minsk agreements were a kind of hybrid peace. We know what it led to. Therefore, Ukraine does not want to agree to any hybrid peace, a hybrid tribunal as a development of this," the head of state emphasized.
