An intermediate assessment of Ukraine's progress in implementing the recommendations of the European Commission will be provided in June. This was stated by the Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine, Olha Stefanishyna, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
"As it turns out, for the European Commission, it is June (the deadline for providing a preliminary assessment of Ukraine's implementation of the recommendations)," Stefanishyna said during the national TV marathon.
According to her, all evaluation processes will be completed by the end of May, and the interim report itself will be published in June.
Background. Ukraine has fulfilled over 70% of the conditions for EU accession. In 7 areas, the country has achieved a level of Euro-integration of over 90%.
