Ukrenergo to compensate for the repair of power units at nuclear power plants by actively operating hydroelectric power stations, solar power plants, and wind farms
Meanwhile, the export of electricity to Moldova during the night hours and to Poland continues

In Ukraine, a series of power units have been taken out for repairs, but this is being compensated for by the active operation of hydroelectric power stations and solar and wind power plants. Electricity production fully covers consumption.
This was reported by NEC Ukrenergo.
"As of 11:00 a.m. on 10 May 2023, the energy system is operating stably. The second wave of water flow is ongoing, with hydroelectric power stations actively working throughout the day. Solar and wind power stations have also increased electricity production thanks to favourable weather conditions," the statement reads.
It is noted that the export of electricity to Moldova continues during night hours and to Poland – during night and day hours. There is no import to Ukraine.
"The aggressor country continues to shell border and frontline areas of Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, and Chernihiv oblasts, causing damage to distribution networks," the statement reads.
At the same time, as reported by the Ministry of Energy, some consumers in 6 oblasts – Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, and Chernihiv – remain without electricity.
Background. According to the Ministry of Energy, yesterday, during an artillery shelling, one of the buildings of JSC Kharkivoblenergo in Kharkiv Oblast was damaged. There were no casualties or injuries among the staff. Rescuers and representatives of the enterprise are conducting an inspection to determine the extent of the damage.
