Kyiv prosecutors have transferred confiscated vehicles, weapons, and ammunition for the needs of the Offensive Guard.
This is reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.
"At the request of the prosecutor of the Holosiivskyi District Prosecutor's Office of Kyiv, the court has made a decision to transfer the confiscated weapons for the benefit of the police to carry out combat tasks at the front," the statement reads.
For the needs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs' assault brigades of the Offensive Guard, prosecutors transferred four vehicles, an anti-aircraft gun, over a hundred mortar shells, dozens of boxes of landmines, ballistic powder, a large number of rounds of various calibres, grenades, grenade launcher rounds and RPG rounds, TNTs, drones, tablets, and over 70 different types of weapons and ammunition.
It is noted that all the transferred weapons were discovered and confiscated by prosecutors within the framework of a criminal investigation into the unlawful handling of weapons, ammunition, or explosives.
