The next Ramstein will discuss the transfer of F-16 fighters to Ukraine.

This was announced by Pentagon spokesman Patrick Ryder.

At the same time, the acting Danish Defence Minister, Troels Poulsen, assumed that training of Ukrainian pilots on Western fighters could begin as early as July.

"My expectation is that in June we will have formalities in place and that we can start training after that," the politician commented.

Background. Earlier, Mind reported that Ukrainian pilots had not begun training on F-16 fighters. The start of training was previously announced by the EU's High Representative, Josep Borrell.
