This concerns corporate rights in seven seaport infrastructure companies in Odessa Oblast

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has seized an additional 740 million UAH in assets belonging to Oksana Marchenko, the wife of Viktor Medvedchuk.
The SBU's press service reports this.
This concerns shares in seven seaport infrastructure companies in Odessa Oblast:
- JSC Eximnaftoproduct;
- PJSC Synthesis Oil;
- PJSC Synthesis Transit;
- LLC Ukrloadsystem;
- JSC Odesnefteprodukt;
- PJSC Black Sea Fuel Terminal;
- LLC Albion Commodities.
It is noted that Marchenko owned shares in these companies through a series of offshore structures. According to the SBU, these enterprises are of strategic importance in the transport of fuel and other critical cargoes through the waters of the Black Sea.
Law enforcement stressed that the arrest will secure the property from being re-registered to straw persons and will allow it to be transferred to the state.
Background. Mind previously reported that prosecutors had returned lands on the banks of the Dnieper from the illegal ownership of Medvedchuk's wife. The value of a plot of land with an area of 9.5 hectares is more than 200 million UAH.
