Heavy fighting continues on eastern front: enemy still attempts to fully occupy Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts
35 combat clashes occurred over the past day

Heavy fighting continues in the Luhansk and Donetsk sectors of the front. Over the last day, 35 combat clashes occurred.
This was stated in the morning summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"The enemy continues to focus its main efforts on attempts to fully occupy the Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts," the statement said.
Yesterday, russian occupiers carried out another missile and air strike on Ukraine, using 8 missiles, including 4 ground-based Iskander cruise missiles, and 35 Iranian strike UAVs of the Shahed type against military targets and critical infrastructure objects.
Anti-aircraft defence forces and equipment destroyed 2 cruise missiles and 20 Shahed type strike UAVs.
In addition, the enemy carried out 92 air strikes and fired 45 volleys from multiple rocket launch systems at our military positions and populated areas. There were casualties among the civilian population; private houses were damaged and destroyed.
"Due to the lack of a legal norm regarding the final terms of military service under mobilisation in the russian army, the lack of significant achievements on the battlefield, and the spread of panic about future prospects, there are increasing cases of disobedience, sabotage, non-regulatory relations, and desertion among russian conscripts," the General Staff wrote.
Over the past day, the defence forces' aviation carried out 16 strikes in the areas of concentration of the russian federation troops' personnel and two strikes on russian anti-aircraft missile systems.
