42 more individuals are considered missing

10 Ukrainians died following the sabotage of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant.
This is reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
According to operational data, 8 people died in Kherson Oblast, and 2 – in Mykolaiv Oblast. In addition, 42 more residents of the flooded regions are considered missing, among them are 7 children.
At the same time, 46 settlements remain submerged in Kherson Oblast. Of these, 32 localities (3,801 houses) are in controlled territories, 14 – in temporarily occupied ones. From these locations, 2,743 people have been evacuated, including 205 children and 76 individuals with limited mobility.
In Mykolaiv Oblast, 31 settlements are flooded. 982 residents were evacuated, including 167 children.
Furthermore, in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, water supply is missing for nearly 165,000 people in 32 settlements. Water delivery is ongoing and alternatives for stable supply are being sought.
"We are recording a steady decrease in water levels in the flooded settlements. We are intensifying security measures to prevent injuries and thefts," said Ihor Klymenko, head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Background. Mind previously reported that in Kherson Oblast, flooding had caused power outages affecting 15,000 consumers. Eight settlements in the de-occupied part of the oblast are without electricity.
