Restoration of power networks has begun in the flooded regions.
This is reported by the Headquarters for the Elimination of Consequences of the Kakhovka HPP Dam Sabotage.
It is noted that the water level is gradually decreasing, so the repair crews of the regional power company are inspecting the power lines with the permission of the military.
Thus, in Mykolaiv Oblast, supply has already been restored to more than 600 customers, although around 1,000 subscribers remain without power.
The State Emergency Service adds that the water level on the Dnieper River in Kherson has fallen by 2.07 metres. 28 populated areas (3,096 buildings) on the right bank and 17 populated areas in the temporarily occupied territory remain flooded.
