The NERC has set a price limit in the electricity market of 3,000–7,200 UAH per MWh from 30th June
These rates apply to the day-ahead market, as well as the intraday market

The National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities (NERC) has established a price limit on the electricity market from June 30th, within the range of 3,000–7,200 UAH per MWh.
The decision was passed during the meeting.
It is noted that these price levels were set following an open discussion, as well as proposals submitted by JSC Market Operator and SE Ukrenergo.
According to the regulator's decision, the maximum price limits for off-peak hours (from 12:00 a.m. to 07:00 a.m. and from 11:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.) will be 3,000 UAH per MWh, for peak hours (from 07:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) – 5,600 UAH and (from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.) – 7,200 UAH per MWh; the minimum price limit – 1,152.08 UAH per MWh.
Background. Previously, Mind reported that the NERC had proposed to set a price limit in the electricity market at 2,714–5,428 UAH per MWh from June 30th.
