The High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine approved the nationalisation of an aircraft of one of the largest russian military aircraft manufacturers.
This was reported by the Security Service of Ukraine.
It is an almost UAH 150 million AN-140-100 cargo and passenger aeroplane. The aircraft was handed over to the Ukrainian State Enterprise Antonov before the full-scale invasion for maintenance, testing and subsequent return to the rf.
However, based on the SBU's materials, the court upheld the claim of the Ministry of Justice to transfer the property of the sanctioned russian corporation Rostec to Ukraine.
Background. Mind previously reported that PrivatBank won a case in the Supreme Court on the legality of the bank's nationalisation. One of the bank's ex-owners tried to challenge the application of the "anti-Kolomoisky law".
