Reznikov: Military enlistment offices in Ukraine should be transformed into modern ASCs
In his view, to dispel Ukrainians' fear of recruitment centres, they need to be digitised

Ukrainian Minister of Defence, Oleksiy Reznikov, stated that as part of Ukraine's path to NATO membership, there were plans to transform the military enlistment offices into modern administrative service centres (ASC).
The Ukrainian Minister made this comment during the national TV marathon.
Specifically, Reznikov proposed eliminating the "Soviet legacy", which impeded effective mobilisation during wartime and generated public disapproval. In his view, to make Ukrainians stop fearing the recruitment centres, they need to be digitised and reformed into ASCs.
"We need to abolish conscription, establish a professional army, but also create a clear tiered register of reserves in case of full-scale war, in case of invasion. This means that our main capital is people and we have to work with them," explained Reznikov.
