Vasyl Malyuk: SBU was behind the bombing of the Crimean bridge last fall
According to him, it is now possible to talk about it

Vasyl Malyuk, the head of the Security Service of Ukraine, said that the SBU was involved in organizing the bombing of the Crimean bridge in 2022. He said this on the air of the national marathon of the United News.
Malyuk said that the SBU conducts many different operations, both those that can be discussed now and those that cannot.
As one of those that can be discussed, he mentioned the operation to blow up the Crimean bridge, and also demonstrated a T-shirt with the inscription "Who else but us will burn bridges? – SBU". "The destruction of the Crimean bridge on October 8 last year was an achievement for us," Malyuk said.
On July 9, Ukraine's Deputy Defense Minister Hanna Malyar admitted that it was Ukraine that carried out the operation. Summarizing the results of 500 days of war, she specifically noted that the Ukrainian side "struck the first blow at the Crimean bridge to disrupt Russian logistics."
The first blowing up of the bridge took place on October 8, 2022. The FSB believes that it was caused by a truck explosion packed with explosives. On October 20, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy denied his country's involvement in the incident.
On the night of July 17, 2023, another explosion occurred on the Crimean Bridge, damaging the roadway. At the time, SBU spokesman Artem Dekhtyarenko said that the SBU would disclose "details about the organization" of the explosion on the Crimean Bridge after Ukraine's victory.
