UPDATED at 5:42 p.m.:

The death toll has risen to 6 and the number of injured to 75. In particular, 6 children were injured. A total of 22 people have been hospitalised – 2 of them are seriously injured.

The Head of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, has confirmed information about 5 deaths due to the strikes on Kryvyi Rih. According to the State Border Guard Service, the victims include a child and her mother.

Meanwhile, the number of injured has increased to 64. Among those injured are 5 children aged between 4 and 17 years. Most of the injured will be treated at home, more than 20 remain in hospitals.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs specifies that floors 4 to 9 in the high-rise have been completely destroyed. A university building and an administrative building were damaged as well.

Oleksandr Vilkul, Head of the city's Defence Council, says that the number of people injured in the missile attack has increased to 53, including three children.

According to him, three of the injured are in serious condition, and one is in an extremely serious condition. Among the dead are a 45-year-old mother and her 10-year-old daughter.

The Prosecutor General reports that among the dead is a 10-year-old child. In addition, it is noted that among the injured are another 6 children.

In addition, 30 people have been evacuated. The service adds that 230 people and 57 units of equipment have been involved in the search and rescue operations, including 85 rescuers and 22 pieces of equipment. Rescue operations are ongoing.

The Prosecutor General's Office reports that the number of injured has increased to 25. It is clarified that among the victims are four children. Search and rescue operations continue.

Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ihor Klymenko, reported that the number of dead had risen to 2 and the injured to 20.

According to him, 5-7 more people are under the rubble, efforts are being made to rescue them.
