Payments have already been approved for 4,800 applicants out of over 30,000 individuals
The government has allocated 389 million UAH for the restoration of damaged housing as part of the eRestoration programme, according to the Ministry of Reintegration.
The ministry notes that cash payments have been approved for 4,809 applicants, which can be used for home repairs. However, in total, Ukrainians have submitted 31,176 applications for assistance.
The majority of claims about ruined or damaged housing are coming from Kharkiv, Kyiv, Kherson, Mykolaiv, and Donetsk oblasts. Reviewing applications and inspecting residences is the responsibility of 520 commissions under local government bodies.
Background. Earlier, Mind reported that in Kyiv Oblast, over 12,000 war-damaged facilities had already been restored. These include residential buildings, kindergartens, and schools, administrative buildings, and ASCs.
