UPDATED: Ukraine has returned 22 more defenders from captivity
Since the beginning of the full-scale war, over 2,500 Ukrainians have returned home

UPDATED at 12:12 p.m.:
According to information from the Verkhovna Rada, a total of 2,598 Ukrainians have returned home since the start of the full-scale war (including the defenders returned today).
Ukraine has returned 22 more defenders from russian captivity.
Andriy Yermak, Head of the Office of the President, announced this.
Among the released are Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers, including two officers, enlisted and non-commissioned personnel, who participated in battles on various fronts. Some are wounded.
All released defenders will undergo a course of physical and psychological rehabilitation, reintegration, and will receive necessary medical treatment with the support of medical specialists.
Background. Earlier, Mind reported that Ukraine had returned the bodies of 44 fallen defenders. After identification, they will be returned to their families for burial.
