The Ukrainian UAV SpyGun is being tested in the combat zone – DIU
It was designed for deep reconnaissance but can also be used for fire correction

Testing of a new Ukrainian UAV SpyGun in the combat zone has begun. The drone is intended for deep reconnaissance but can be used for fire correction if needed, according to the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU).
It is noted that the drone can fly continuously for 120–160 minutes and reach a maximum speed of 90 km/h. Additionally, its working altitude is 500–600 metres, and its maximum is 1,500 metres. It can operate at a range of up to 50 kilometres.
The intelligence adds that the complex consists of two UAVs and a ground control station. The drone is equipped with a course online camera and a GoPro, and the recording of photos and videos is made on an onboard carrier.
Furthermore, SpyGun is equipped with an automatic return to takeoff point system, and its high aerodynamic characteristics allow it to glide along the chosen route with the engine off, saving battery charge.
It is stated that the UAV was created by Ukrainian engineers and a designer at the initiative of entrepreneur and volunteer Yuriy Holyk and tennis player, now a member of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Serhiy Stakhovskyi.
