The Prosecutor General's Office has clarified that it was a mortar attack. It happened around 11:40 a.m. The attack damaged the building of a preschool educational institution.
Prosecutors are taking priority measures to record the crime. In addition, law enforcement officers have launched a pre-trial investigation into the criminal proceedings over the violation of the laws and customs of war.
Occupiers struck a kindergarten in Kherson, according to the Kherson Oblast Military Administration.
It is noted that as a result of the shelling, a 75-year-old man sustained minor injuries – he is receiving the necessary medical care.
