Deripaska leads among russian oligarchs for the number of businesses seized in Ukraine – State Property Fund
He predominantly controlled industrial enterprises in Ukraine

Oligarch Oleg Deripaska has become the record-holder among russians for the number of enterprises confiscated in Ukraine.
Oleksandr Fedoryshyn, Deputy Head of the State Property Fund, reports this.
He notes that among the russians who heavily invested in Ukrainian assets were also the Rotenberg brothers, Shelkov, and Yevtushenkov.
"However, they don't come close to the number of assets transferred to the state from Deripaska. We calculated: the assets, transferred to the fund by the court and government decision, are just a small fraction compared to what the court's decision brought us concerning Deripaska. He can now be called the record-holder," Fedoryshyn explaines.
He emphasises that Deripaska mainly controlled industrial enterprises in Ukraine. "For instance, the Zaporizhzhia aluminium plant, and in a good condition, the Mykolaiv alumina plant, from which the state could receive a decent amount for the Fund to address the consequences of armed aggression. These also include quarries and other real and movable assets," says Fedoryshyn.
Background. Recall that Ukraine has already nationalised Deripaska's Hlukhiv quartzite quarry and the Mykolaiv alumina plant, the estimated value of which reaches 10 billion UAH.
Reminder. Deripaska is close to the russian president and controls russian enterprises producing military equipment, thus aiding armed aggression against Ukraine.
