German Foreign Ministry: Ukrainian drone strikes on Russian targets do not violate international law
According to Burbock, Russian troops have mined areas in Ukraine "roughly the size of West Germany"

Russia attacked Ukraine in violation of the UN Charter, which prohibits the use of force, so Ukraine has the legal right to defend its country and its people, German Foreign Minister Annalena Burbock said, answering journalists' questions about the attacks of Ukrainian drones on Russian territory.
This was reported by DW.
"Russia is continuously bombing civilian targets in Ukraine: granaries, hospitals, churches. And Ukraine defends itself within the framework of international law," she said.
In addition, according to Burbock, Russian troops have mined areas in Ukraine "roughly the size of western Germany," and Berlin is currently discussing with its allies how to help Kyiv with demining.
On the night of July 30, the Russian capital was attacked by drones that were allegedly shot down by air defense. The building of the Moscow City business center, which houses the offices of several Russian ministries, was damaged.
On the night of August 1, drones attacked Moscow again – one of the drones hit the Moscow City tower, and the Russian Defense Ministry blamed Ukraine.
On the night of August 22, another drone attack on Moscow took place. Authorities report four drones shot down by air defense. There are damaged houses and cars.
