Russian special services tried to recruit a Norwegian resident for filming strategic objects
He was offered $1000 per day of "work"

A resident of Norway told law enforcement agencies and journalists of the Sistema investigative project that he was attempted to be recruited by Russian special services under the guise of employees of the Russian Geographical Society (RGS).
Source. This was reported by The Insider.
The Norwegian citizen, whose data is not provided by journalists for security reasons, provided investigators with the names of two recruiters, their contacts, and an audio recording of the conversation, which confirms his story.
According to him, he was offered to take pictures of military facilities in northern Norway and to go to a "geographical conference" in Murmansk.
The fee for filming was supposed to be $1000 per day.
Another potential topic for "reporting" for the RGO was to cover the situation in a mosque, where "two guys from the former Soviet republics, Muslims, allegedly announced a same-sex marriage," said a Norwegian who refused to work for Russia.
The RGO is not subject to Western sanctions, which were imposed on Russia after the start of its full-scale invasion of Ukraine. At the same time, the organization is headed by Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, and Russian President Vladimir Putin is the chairman of the board of trustees of the society.
Background. As a reminder, the Netherlands has launched an investigation into Yandex taxi on suspicion of cooperation with the FSB.
