The Ministry of Defense will be able to buy "civilian" drones for the frontline - a relevant resolution has been submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers
So far, the Ukrainian military has been receiving FPV drones exclusively from volunteers

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has prepared a resolution that will allow the state customer to purchase civilian drones (DJI and Autel drones, FPV copters) without any additional regulations.
Source. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense in its official telegram channel.
"It will become easier to buy "civilian drones". The Ministry of Defense and military units will finally be able to purchase "civilian drones", which are classified as tactical drones. We are submitting the relevant document with the resolution to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for approval and signature. We expect the resolution to be adopted and implemented soon," the ministry said in a statement.
For now, the ministry cannot purchase civilian UAVs, which include FPV drones needed at the front.
The Ukrainian military receives such drones exclusively from volunteers.
In October, the Ministry of Defense for the first time allowed several new models of FPV drones to be put into service at once under a simplified procedure that allows the drones to be delivered to the military within a few days.
Background. As reported, the Ministry of Defense has authorized the use of several new types of drones – 354 samples have already been received from arms and military equipment manufacturers through the new service.
