Germany has handed over 20 armored personnel carriers and other equipment, gear and ammunition to Ukraine
In addition, Berlin promised to launch production and transfer 140,000 155-mm shells next year

On Wednesday, the German government released a list of military aid to Ukraine.
In particular, the list includes:
- 20 Marder armored personnel carriers with ammunition
- 2380 155 mm caliber shells
- 1 armored demining vehicle WISENT 1
- 2428 telephones with encrypted communication
- 2 tank tractors with semi-trailers
- 9 vehicles
- 5 Warthog tracked medical vehicles
- 2 ambulances
The German government periodically updates the list of aid for Ukraine, adding to it the equipment, weapons, equipment and ammunition that have already been transferred.
As noted, the day before, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius announced in Kyiv a new future package of military aid to Ukraine worth 1.3 billion euros.
The package will include four IRIS-T anti-aircraft missile systems, 20,000 155-millimeter artillery shells, anti-tank mines, and other weapons.
In addition, Pistorius promised that next year Germany would supply Ukraine with 140,000 155-mm shells after establishing production.
Background. As reported, Zelenskyy thanked Germany for helping Ukraine with €1.3 billion in defense aid – the new package includes strengthening air defense, namely the production of new IRIS-T systems and air defense missiles.
