"Today we have decided to establish a new NATO-Ukraine Joint Think Tank, Training and Education Centre in Bydgoszcz in Poland. This will allow Ukraine to share lessons learned from the Russian war and create a structure that will allow the Ukrainian Armed Forces to learn and train together with their Allied counterparts," he said.
According to the Secretary General, a political decision has been made, the details of which will be announced later.
"We will continue to support Ukraine for the sake of Ukraine's security and our security," Stoltenberg said.
Background. The day before, he said that this year a record 18 NATO member states would raise their defence spending to 2% of GDP. The statement came after Trump's promise to "encourage" Russia to attack those countries that do not fulfil their financial obligations.
