Bloomberg: US may give Ukraine another $50bn in aid
Much of this aid is expected to come from proceeds of frozen Russian assets

The United States is working to allocate another $50bn in military aid to Ukraine. According to the publication, this issue is being actively discussed with G7 partners.
The US Treasury Department confirmed the talks on this topic, Bloomberg reports.
According to the White House, a significant portion of the new financial assistance to Ukraine is expected to come from the proceeds of frozen Russian assets, most of which are located in the EU.
Background. Meanwhile, the media reports that China and Saudi Arabia are asking the EU not to agree to the confiscation of frozen Russian assets – countries friendly to Russia may not be interested in Europe helping Ukraine defeat the Russian army.
