Ukrainian Armed Forces report the withdrawal of some Russian units from the area of Vovchansk
The withdrawal of Russian troops was also observed near the villages of Liptsy and Tykhove, where the Russians suffered losses

Some Russian troops are withdrawing from the area near Vovchansk, Kharkiv region, to replenish due to loss of combat capability.
Source. This was reported on 22 June on national television by the spokesman for the Khortytsia military grouping, Nazar Voloshyn.
On 10 May, Russia launched a new offensive in the north of Kharkiv region, and Vovchansk became the scene of the fiercest fighting.
Moscow troops advanced 10 km in the region but were stopped by the first line of defence.
Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrsky said on 12 June that Russia was "stuck" in Vovchansk, but was constantly replenishing its forces with units from other areas.
According to Voloshyn, the withdrawal of Russian troops was also observed near the villages of Liptsi and Tykhove, where Russian armed groups suffered losses.
Voloshyn noted that the Russian army lost 60 of its soldiers, including killed and wounded, in this area of the frontline.
"This indicates that the enemy has suspended active hostilities in this area, as they were not conducted yesterday and in the morning," Voloshyn said.
The Russian military continues to use guided aerial bombs and missiles against the region's population centres, the spokesman added.
On 21 June, a Russian drone hit an Ukrposhta vehicle in Vovchansk, killing the courier and wounding the driver, said Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv regional military administration. The wounded man walked to the neighbouring village of Buhaivka, where he was taken to hospital by Ukrainian soldiers, the head of the military administration said.
Background. Earlier, Sinegubov noted that the "ease" of the Russian army's advance in Vovchansk, Kharkiv region, was not due to the lack of fortifications in the city. According to him, pre-trial investigations have already been launched against some military units.
