Zelensky is preparing a continuation of the Victory Plan - it will concern the internal action plan
It should be prepared and presented to Ukrainians by the end of the year

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is working on expanding the Victory Plan, the first part of which concerned assistance from Western partners and NATO membership.
The next part of the plan will involve the development of domestic solutions in many areas – defence, economy, social policy and others – that will help Ukraine survive the war with Russia.
Source. This was reported by the BBC.
This part will include steps to be taken by Ukraine itself.
‘The president has already given instructions to develop this plan,’ a source in Zelenskyy's team said.
It should be prepared and presented to Ukrainians by the end of the year.
‘The goal is to do everything possible to maintain unity and achieve results in various areas of the country's development,’ the source explained.
As a reminder, in September, Volodymyr Zelensky took his victory plan to the United States, which contains the steps the country proposes to take to its Western partners to win the war against Russia. The document was then presented to European leaders and the Verkhovna Rada.
Zelenskyy's plan consists of five points and three secret annexes.
Background. Meanwhile, it has become known that Poland was offended that Ukraine did not give it access to the secret sections of the Victory Plan.
